Our Client has an immediate need for a creative and project-oriented individual to join our team as Marketing Manager.  Reporting directly to the Vice President leading Sales and Marketing, the Marketing Manager is responsible for collaborating with Company’s sales and management teams to adapt and implement effective business-to-business (B2B) marketing programs and initiatives. The Marketing Manager generates demand for our Company’s various lines of business and supports the sales team by analyzing the performance of programs and initiatives and guiding marketing plans to achieve overall sales goals. Additionally, (s)he assists with quantifying and targeting market segments and managing processes to measure and ensure customer satisfaction.


·       Collaborate with the Vice President to set, implement, and achieve sales goals and objectives by executing Company’s B2B marketing strategy

·       Assist the Vice President with quantifying and targeting market segments and provide support to the sales team by monitoring and analyzing new and modified marketing program performance

·       Plan, implement, and oversee advertising, marketing, and promotional programs

·       Interpret lead and opportunity data and adjust marketing efforts accordingly

·       Principally manage projects and initiatives involving both internal and external resources

·       Oversee the relationship with Company’s marketing agency and other key vendors, e.g. trade associations and print

·       Continuously improve the company’s Web properties by serving as Webmaster and creating, maintaining, and updating Web content in WordPress

·       Preserve and cultivate Company brand

·       Measure marketing results and report to executive management


Required Qualifications :



·       Highest moral character and integrity

·       Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or business

·       Minimum ten years of recent relevant experience

·       Project management with proven ability to track, manage, and complete multiple projects within specified deadlines with minimum supervision or support

·       Demonstrated success in B2B marketing

·       Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including excellence in copy and content editing and the ability to read and write analytical reports

·       Competency in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of Asana, NetSuite, WordPress, and CRM systems

·       Familiarity with Salesforce.com, Dropbox, ConstantContact, MailChimp, SurveyMonkey, and LinkedIn

·       Exclusivity and dedication to the Company and willingness to sign non-disclosure/non-compete agreement

·       Occasional travel (<10%) for customer visits or trade shows in Eastern U.S./Southeastern Canada

·       Residence in or near Northern New Jersey, with driving privileges in good standing



·       Experience marketing industrial products and services

·       Master’s degree in sales, marketing, or business
