Job Description :

Our client in Arlington, VA is in need of a Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant to handle a wide variety of activities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly.


Responsibilities:



  • Manage weekly financial updates

  • Data Entry into QuickBooks and Excel

  • Handle Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivable

  • Assist with daily Administrative and Operational tasks

  • Additional duties as assigned


 


Required Qualifications :


  • Minimum educational requirement / Associates Degree

  • Ability to manage multiple changing priorities

  • Detail oriented with strong data entry skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite with advanced Excel

  • Familiarity with QuickBooks
