Job Description :



Our client is seeking an administrative assistant to provide support to their sales and marketing team. This role will be responsible for putting together promotional materials, tracking new product requests, and conducting directed research as relevant to company interests. The AA will work closely with COO, VPs, and Sales Directions. The ideal candidate will be adept a tracking multiple projects, thrive in a fast paced environment, and have a willingness to adopt additional responsibilities as needed.



Serve as both an interdepartmental and external liaison
Document, maintain, and follow up on customer satisfaction and sample requests
Create sales reports
Create and edit some marketing materials
Coordinate product presentations
May travel to provide in person sales assistance to customers

Required Qualifications :

Associate’s degree in a related field
Strong MS Office skills, specifically in Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of personnel
Minimum of 2 years administrative support experience
